Homemade Chocolates!

Making your own chocolates is oh so easy and FUN! For this batch you may be surprised to see that I’m using nuts (pistachios)! This is because Kate is actually starting to eat small doses of nuts as part of her food allergy treatments through The Southern California Food Allergy Institute. You can use any safe ingredients you like – you are only limited by your specific allergies and your imagination!! You could try coconut, sprinkles, seeds, dried fruits, puffed rice….anything that you might like!

Ingredients

  • Enjoy Life Brand Chocolate Chunks
  • Crushed pistachios***
  • Chopped raisins***
  • ***Choose whatever ingredients you want for in your chocolates!

Directions

  1. Melt Enjoy Life Chocolate in a glass bowl in the microwave for one minute.
  2. Drop melted chocolate by spoonful onto parchment paper.
  3. Add your fill ins.
  4. Put in the fridge to chill and set chocolates.
  5. Enjoy!
