I will be posting many variations of my Breakfast Bowls and Muesli recipes because I love them so much! Super easy, delicious, healthy and packed with protein!
- 1/4 cup gluten-free organic quick oats
- 1 tbsp Wow Butter Brand peanut butter alternative (Soy) or your preferred Nut or Seed butter depending on your allergies – not sure of options? Message me and I will help you choose.
- 1/4 cup coconut milk or alternative milk of your choice depending on your allergens (rice, soy, almond (nut), oat, hemp, cow’s etc.)
- 1/8 cup sunflower seeds (I use Raw Earth Brand as I know they are nut-free) – can substitute hemp hearts or other seeds of your choice
- 1/2 organic banana, sliced
- 2 organic strawberries, sliced
- Optional: 1 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut
- Pour oats in a serving bowl. Add dollop of Wow Butter and other ingredients.
- Mix and enjoy!
